Dr. Donald C. Fisher and Shellee Williams of MSQPC recently wrapped up a three-day Baldrige-based assessment for the W.E.B Consortium of Charter Schools. The schools’ faculty and administrators worked collaboratively with MSQPC to identify key strengths and opportunities across the seven process categories of the Baldrige Criteria. These findings were then used to support the results of the assessment. The final assessment results and recommendations were presented to members of W.E.B DuBois faculty and administration which included DuBois Consortium of Charter Schools CEO, Dr. Willie Herenton. Herenton is also a former superintendent of the Memphis City Schools as well as the former Mayor of Memphis.
