The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt training are part of MSQPC’s Memphis Lean Six Sigma Institute (MLSSI), which offers comprehensive Lean Six Sigma training to individuals in all industries. In order to provide a more convenient and user friendly approach to the training, MSQPC piloted its evening certification program in 2013. Similar to a graduate course, Lean Six Sigma training consisted of 16-weeks of interactive lectures, hands-on exercises, customized reference materials and coaching support from Master Black Belt, Monte Massongill and Black Belt Daniel Clark. Participants met each Tuesday evening from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Smith & Nephew campus.
