Internal Auditor| This two-day workshop provides the essential skills for conducting internal quality system audits. Participants are taught how to examine and evaluate the effectiveness of their facility’s quality assurance program. The workshop will focus on the development of the auditor’s skills, and will show how audits are conducted. It will also take participants through every phase of the internal quality audit cycle. The workshop will include lectures, problem exercises, case studies and group discussions. No prior audit experience is necessary.

This 9-day Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification session provides substantial financial benefit for your in-class project.
