Andrew J. Mohler is a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for Buckman International, Inc. He is passionate about data and analysis and driving a company’s culture towards data-driven decision making. Drew has 25+ years of experience in organizational improvement and quality and has developed and deployed programs for building organizational capabilities in such areas as Data Analysis Principles, Using Minitab and Excel for Analysis, Digitization and Smart Product Strategies, Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Teaming and Facilitation and Strategic and Operational Planning. Drew currently oversees Buckman’s global Lean Six Sigma program, Field Sales Statistics training (see Minitab Case Study) and Buckman’s global Research and Development Statistical Tools curriculum.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Bucknell University and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University. Drew is a certified manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence (ASQ) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (Smarter Solutions). He has also earned certificates for Change Management Training/Leadership (PROSCI), Minitab Analysis (Minitab) and Power BI Analysis and Visualization (Microsoft). Drew lives in Memphis, TN with his wife and 3 daughters.
