Productivity Center (MSQPC)-The Quality Center
MSQPC-The Quality
Center and Methodist Healthcare are partnering together to
form the "Memphis Lean Six Sigma
Institute." The leadership team of
the Methodist Quality Institute and MSQPC will pilot a Lean
Six Sigma Black Belt course that will kickoff in
June. The course will combine classroom instruction with
on-site project coaching for cohort members over a six month
period. The pilot cohort will graduate in
December.

MSQPC Quality Courses
The Quality Center is partnering with the
local section of ASQ to bring quality courses to the
region. Courses include Statistical Process Control, Tools
for Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving, Design of
Experiments, CQE Examination Prep Course, Quality Engineering I,
II, and III, Quality Planning, Quality, Cost and Lead Time
Improvement, and Problem Solving in a Lean Environment.
