This two-day workshop provides the essential skills and know-how needed
in conducting internal quality system audits. Participants are taught how to examine and
evaluate the effectiveness of their facility's quality assurance. Coverage focuses on the
development of auditor skills and the recommended conduct during an audit, as well as
taking the participant through every phase of the internal quality audit cycle from
planning through closure. The workshop includes lectures, problem exercises, case studies,
and group discussions. No prior audit experience is necessary.
