Continual Improvement through ISO 9004 |
This two-day course was developed for those managers who wish to take
their present ISO Management Systems to the highest level of “World
Class Status”. This class will provide an in-depth coverage of every
element in ISO 9001:2000 plus those examples for continual improvement
provided by the ISO 9004:2000 Standard, “Guidelines for Improved
Performance”. At the end of this course, attendees will be able to take
a more in- depth look at their present systems, perform a more efficient
analysis of available data, reduce quality costs, and establish
continual improvement efforts based on benchmarking to provided maturity
levels of “world-class” performers.
