This two day course
was developed for those who wish to optimize processes that will lead to
improved business performance. Discussion will be had concerning how
Lean Management, ISO 9001:2000 and the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality
Award parallel and compliment each other. All areas of lean management
as well as translation of Japanese terms to English will be explained
and discussed during the course. Upon completion, attendees will be
able to improve their present management strategies for improving profit
