Auditing for Improved Performance |
This two-day course was developed for both the novice and experienced
auditor who wish to provide their companies with value added auditing
leading to opportunities for improvement in the financial, quality,
safety, and environmental aspects of their management systems. The
curriculum is based on the provided ISO 19011S-2004 Standard,
“Guidelines for Quality and/or Environmental Management Systems
Auditing” which is the foundation and training prerequisite for those
who wish to elevate themselves to the position of Lead Auditor or the
newly established position of Corporate Auditor. The course will cover
the areas of planning, performance, reporting and follow-up as they
relate to internal and external auditing processes. At the end of this
course, attendees will be able to provide value added auditing leading
to improved performance of company related management systems with
significant reductions in the area of quality costs. |
