CHALLENGES OF EXECUTIONING YOUR STRATEGIC PLANS:
Many organizational have a strategic plan but need a plan for
EXECUTION. This process allows leaders to identify their lead vs.
lag measures to apply to important goals which are displayed on a
scoreboard to create accountability among all associates.
Recommended for in-house teams of five or more.
