easy-to-use learning tool that helps people understand and
improve workplace relationships.
DiSC Indra is only available online but individual results
can be printed out immediately upon completion of the
profile. Reports can also be prepared by your Inscape
Facilitator by dyads, and teams (less or more than 20).
How DiSC® Indra™ Works
Participants complete an online assessment that generates
three reports:
INDIVIDUAL – Helps individuals learn more about how they
relate to others.
DYAD – Helps two people learn about each other and how to
work more effectively together.
GROUP – Helps explain the unique dynamics of a group.
